Our backyard is lush, private & offers a view of the Valley. Located on a quiet and safe residential street, the breeze whispers “Hello” as you lay by the pool watching the sun drop. Freeways are close so you can access all that LA has to offer: Beaches, Hollywood, Mountains, best attractions, shops, restaurants! This space is ideal for Family Vacationers and Business Travelers. This home will allow you to create long lasting memories while catching up on work on a laptop near the pool. Our house offers a variety of sleeping options to accommodate large groups. The Master Bedroom has a California King with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and you’ll find two additional Twin size beds in bedroom number three. One more California King can be found in the 2nd and separate family room. The home is equipped with Central AC and an additional Split unit AC for the 2nd Family room to keep you at your ideal comfort zone no matter where you are in the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a BBQ for grilling by the pool. You can surf the web with free High Speed Wi-Fi while you do on-site laundry or enjoy one of our large screen TVs. A 55" is located in the family room and a 40" TV is in the master bedroom. If you’re here to work, we have a comfy workspace to keep you productive or bring a laptop out by the pool. Fresh clean towels and bedding are provided so just bring your bathing suit and take advantage of our 36' X 16' swimming pool (8 feet deep!). Please be aware that the pool is not heated.

Woodland Hills is a great clean and safe community in Los Angeles. Our house is located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac. Due to the proximity of the 101 and the 405 freeways, you can head to many attractions with ease: Universal Studio, Hollywood, Santa Monica, The Getty, Calabasas and Malibu Beach among others. Shops, groceries, restaurants and bars sit on Ventura Boulevard only a few minutes away and The Famous Westfield Topenga and the new Village is only 8 minutes away. There you 'll find loads of indoor and outdoor retail stores. Most world cuisines can be reached in less than 10 minutes.

There are buses to connect you anywhere in LA and they are about a 10-15 minutes walk away depending on the route. Uber and Lyft are always minutes away.
